Round Robin Family Times* (Coordinated by the Retreat)
6:00 pm Dinner/7:15 pm Dessert

A relaxed, informal way to get to know the other families.  You will either be a host for dinner and a guest for dessert, or vice versa.  Usually the dinner host family will speak to the guest dinner family ahead of time about food preferences and maybe the guest will bring a side dish or a salad.  Keep it simple -- this should be fun and relaxed; we are all vacationing together!

For example, The Smiths host the Jones family for dinner.  For dessert, the Jones host the Johnsons, and Jones are guests of the Adams, and the Smiths go to the Miller's for their dessert.  You see how this gives a good chance for families to spend a little time together?

You would have dinner with one family and dessert with a different family.  You host either dinner or dessert. The dinner guest usually offers to bring something toward the meal. Please coordinate any dietary requirements or preferences.  You may consider crock pot meals.

Dance Instruction with the Reynolds* (included with Retreat)
After dinner. Less formal. Location TBA.
